IWonder Pulley for HUB motors

the beginning of this thread is to find people who are willing to test, you can see the message I sent at the beginning

@hide have you actually sent any of these adapters for people to test? Myself and others have offered to test these for you but as far as I know you haven’t actually sent any out for testing. The thin screws holding the adapter really don’t inspire confidence and I think that’s why people don’t believe in your product. Instead of telling people to stop criticizing your product send it out to for testing to actually prove that it’s reliable

No, the risk is determined by calculating the cantilever load with a heavy rider, the strength of 6 M4 screws and the (variable) material strength of the front plate of a hub motor, with no conical seat of said 6 bolts which will cause them to work loose over a period of time. All which can be guesstimated by eyeballing the product.

While you’re at this, could you also do a hub drive conversion where we put a urethane sleeve over a standard outrunner motor, bolting the motor to a plate via the 4x m4 screws and get instant high performance hub drive?

I have sent out several sets for testing

Maybe you are right, wait for some testers to feedback the results ~ Okay? my brother

Good to hear!

Yeah, but there’s a backup wheel to prevent catastrophic failure when you lose your wheel. You would just drop from a 120mm wheel to a 90mm!
Surely that level of safety redundancy is a proof of some carefully engineered design.

did you send to anyone in this forum? I don’t know about anyone else, but personally, I’d just buy a new belt / gear driven board.

I got sent a unit to test. Should arrive sometime soon. Gonna strap them on my brothers backfire G3. Kinda scared…

I have a Lycaon GR and weigh 90 kg. There are 6 screws on the hubcover so I believe the PJ00603 would fit. I would love to get a set to test them out.

I haven’t received it yet but according to their pictures and video reviews I’m very certain that it is the PJ00603 model that fits.

I definitely would’ve tested them if i wasn’t so cheap back in the day to spend 20€ more for the replaceable sleeves instead of the non-replaceable

It has arrived…
