That was toothpaste from when I polished them a couple days back.
This is a front wheel.
No pulley ever installed.
Ooook, it seems I have a lot to do…
Are you sure this is the front wheel? Non-powered wheels? blue one is toothpaste?
@Hide.
Yes.
Believe me dude.
I am a fan.
I really want this to work.
If I did not really like these wheels I would not be spending all this time.
I have 3 little kids and 7 skateboards I need to fix/build…
sorry,bro.
I don’t have any other meaning, just confirm some details, so that I can analyze and find the reason.
i understand you are big fan and THANK YOU SO MUCH you did everything.
best regards

I think maybe i have found a reason
@BluPenguin may be i need your help, bro. can you help me?
Hi,RS.
Can you tell me how many kilometers you have skated? for discovery version
133 km. 83 miles.
Just 5 rides.
Hi,BluPendguin.
Can you tell me how many kilometers you have skated? for discovery version.
Probably around 150km so far?
Hide, I’m trying to understand why you do not want to try the Kegel Core route? Thank you
Hello,everyone.
For now,one of the reason that i doubt is :
Plastic products must not come into contact with solvents. Solvents will destroy the molecular chain structure inside the plastic and cause breakage.
Commonly used PE, PC, ABS, TPU, PU, Rubber and other raw materials on the market will chemically react with the corresponding solvents and cause the destruction of the raw materials.
Therefore, we recommend that you clean the wheels only with water.
Chinese meaning in the red square is (Not applicable cleaning agent)
If you have any different opinions, please let me know.

Hi,spade.
Thank you for your advise. for now,i think is not for what kind of wheel core issue.
best regards
hide weng
@hide I pointed out before that Iso can damage PC… But it’s hard to say if whether the PC was damaged by his cleaning, as iso is a C rating on damage of PC, it is not 100% conclusive if it would’ve happened without exposure either… I think maybe you should swap out @rafaelinmissouri with explicit instruction not to clean with solvents or polish and see if it changes testing results…
Hide, i think the inherent strength of the kegel core is much higher than abec, it has everything to do with the issue. Has your company even tried it? See how TorqueBoards wheels are able to carry so much weight without having any issues
That would require creation of new mould which they might be reluctant to do. The next logical step would be glass fiber infused nylon as the injection molding material.
I thought cores are separate from the thane in terms of molding - they are not formed together. Anyway, they did an entirely different core mold with thicker spokes for their discovery core, which gave rise to compatibility issues - i can’t fathom the logic of avoiding the Kegel core
Not sure, they may have just milled the old one
Damn. N here I am. 2:30am Just got done Swapping out my whole drivetrain to be able to Run the new cloud D wheels.
Crap. Idk that I feel comfortable riding these damn things anymore
@Hide are you implying that @rafaelinmissouri toothpaste made the core weaker?
If so, id seriously rethink your position on this…
