Yes, Yes, sorry.

I tried to do it last week, but when I printed it, it kept printing undersized. I will do it today.

Kind of hard to tell from these pictures, but the template is not scaled right. I didn’t re-scale it at all when I printed it.

I was thinking maybe a 3D printed guide might work better. I was thinking of making something with a little channel that guides the cutting tool.

Hmmm it is like 2.5mm off. Let me check it. I was having the same issues last time I tried to make a guide. It’s literally the dxf pulled right fr cad, put in illustrator, and then exported. And everything in illustrator is correct. Maybe something with export setting are off.

I am working on tweaking the design. Switching from counterbores to counter sinks. I just need the correct vesc6 pattern (the trampa provided one is not correct) to finish the design. I have someone who wants to stock 15 units, so I can go ahead and order a new batch shortly. This time I am going into it with the intention of express, so it will not take nearly as much time as this last batch. Hard to give you date, but I will keep you updated.

Alright guys, last bit of testing for top mount box! Design should be totally complete this weekend. Getting TBs to fit has been the hardest, they are quite large.

I have the cable glands and a few filament rolls coming soon!

My install methods need work, but the heat sink looks great!

@BenjaminF @Venom121212 here is the fixed guide. Instead of taking the dxf, I just went ahead and drew it in illustrator. I added .5mm on both axis.

I agree with Quinn, a printed template will be easier. @Fosterqc if you made a nice guide, maybe you can upload it. I can also just make something quick rn.

Am I blind or is there no attachment?

Thanks regardless dude

A 2d sketch of the profile would work too. I imagine it’s just a rounded rectangle. Then I could make a fake stormcore and see if I’ll have room

There, I fixed it. Wasn’t uploading from the ipad for some reason.
