We will be discussing this with our suppliers once the holiday season ends. (:

Do note that while we can process your order immediately, delivery will be after Feb 3rd due to CNY holidays (:

Just watching the assembly (and BTS) videos. Love you guys. The assembly gets dramatically simpler with every iteration. @Linny I also fear mk3…

Questions.

  • No loctite on the cover screws?
  • I realized the herringbone pattern is directional. Does direction matter?
  • Why is your bench so surgically clean? Did you paint it for the shoot?
  • How much for the dog?

OMG maiden ride on wet pavement…

I’ve never had screws come loose for the gearbox before, on both the urethane and MK1, just give it a good tighten and it’ll stay. Not toooo tight though.

The direction of the V pattern shouldn’t matter, as long as the pinion and the wheel gear is meshed well and fits on either side and spins well its all good.

Dog’a not for sale, @linny is though. :stuck_out_tongue:

Whats the motor shaft chop do? Also is it possible to get extra tires/tubes/hub in this purchase or do we need to get those off haggy as an additional order

Everything is in the first post man. Just read. You can add wheels and trucks for an additional price, it’s all written

The motor shaft has to be the right length to engage the drive gear without interfering with the case.

Dude, you should be. After riding them a bit, I find myself struggling with the want/need dynamic.

forget want/need it’s all about timing. i ordered whilst out of town and they will be delivered when lady boss is out of town. i’m pretty sure this is what it’s like having an affair

This is why the drives are made to be as silent as possible, the missus wouldn’t find out.

I ordered some hardware from @avX and @haggyboard.timo and I’m so excited…parts just showed up here at work! I’m actually surprised it took only a week, and there were no issues in clearing customs in San Francisco.

Now my only remaining parts are to determine which ESC to use as well as batteries for my pack…

By the way guys, the parts look beautiful! Too excited to take pictures yet. Maybe when I get home.
