Grünstern - MOV-E shortboard, 12s3p NESE, Hummie Hubs, Hammock baseplates

I just ordered the Flipsky 6.6 dual mini, can’t get any worse than all those FOUR Focboxes

Did another broke or what?

Yeah, it looks like that.

I’m not sure yet what happened but I got this DRV ERROR out of nowhere https://www.electric-skateboard.builders/t/fault-code-high-offset-current-sensor-2-after-firmware-update-solved/92016 which didn’t go away after I did the motor detection again :frowning: Now I’m gonna let Martin repair my Focboxes and sell them for cheap with warnings
Of course I’ll check for other things like cold solder spots later, actually I want the FB not to be defect

Looks like those two bigger smd capacitors just ?broke away? / blasted away. It even took the contact patch with it, hope @MartinSp can repair this :frowning: Btw, theres some work coming your way @MartinSp

Have to wait for silicon wire for the phases. Btw, I swapped the Hammock on the front with a generic Paris baseplate plus a shockpad and use it on the front truck of the red star build to make it turn better.

You might notice the different angle settings. I had to adjust to the new front baseplate and the shockpad and now it’s two steps shallower angle (35-40 maybe, @rey8801  ) in the back than before, still no wheelbite  the front is a regular Paris 50degree baseplate. It has a slight tail now.

You made fit a lot of stuff in there! You could add a plastic roast to match the difference in height

Yeah, it barely fits, but I think theres even space for a small led driver for head- and taillights  The difference is not so big actually. I put in different screws in the corners to make sure my lid doesnt push on the capacitors  but I might add a thin pastic case later

First testride was successful:

I love this deck, the hummies combined with Lukes mov-e is a perfect combination and your hammock bp makes it possible to have such extreme angles in the rear

It had to work for you. The board is amazing for sure

And with this board, what is stealth, you can’t get the attention of the “Waldmeister” on you, right?

So far I managed to avoid them completely by driving on bike paths mostly but yes, I try to keep it stealth  Those green bumpers are almost a bit much for my liking

@rey8801 Next lesson! “Waldmeister” is a another name for the police in the german laguage.
@visnu777 I passed by a “Bundespolizeidirektion” with my board lately and pushed in their area.

Yeh I thought so… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m enjoying this thread.

Do you worry that the balance wires are squeezed by the lid that you’re standing on?

I’m monitoring those wires  I worried more with the original lid, now I have 1mm more space and feel better  They are silicon wires and should withstand some abuse  at least with the Kapton added.
