I love them! have Steve cab and Gonzalez flaming sword in red (itās getting coated to deal with the wet) highly recommended but I do find I miss a modern footlock planning using a stop like @b264 did for my next one
Just like @taz I used a Steve can as my first serious board in the 80s I guess feet never forget, as soon as I stood on it I had nostalgia overload 
I found my brothers Avlva from 87 when my folks movedā¦ it survived as he gave up, mine lasted no more than a few months, the Alva was my first Esk8 redeck swap but couldnāt bring myself to drill it lol

That first deck is a real good one, same one here
That third deck I also use, is also a really, really good one for esk8.
The fat noses that extend over the trucks allow for more control at higher speeds.
