David said use the 75 300 firmware but make sure to change the current and voltage limits appropriately

No idea, sorry. Default is 20A, so I guess thatā€™s a safe value.

@YUTW123 will the 2nd batch be ready soon? Iā€™m itching to get my hands on a couple of these.

Keep in mind there is still the outstanding issue of not being able to get smart reverse to work

Does hyst reverse work?

I did not personally attempt that one

Could try tho, but I donā€™t think it will

If hyst reverse works, for some thatā€™s a better alternative to smart reverse.

My d75 is temporarily in my (single motor) bike, and itā€™s taken quite a beating today.

Battery is 16s3p p42a.

140 motor 80 battery amps

Another oddity with this firmware, I cannot get ADC2 braking to work. :person_shrugging:

Seems the bit about being available around the end of May was removed from their site.

Are these unobtanium now? Are the 15 in the wild the only ones that exist?

Big sad day for this one, you think it was a short or something?

Not sure to be honest. I checked all my wiring and everything to make sure it wasnā€™t user fault, and it couldnā€™t of been me.

I did have two of them and put in the second one to run motor detection and it didnā€™t blow up soooo, thatā€™s good haha

That is definitely good haha

I wasnā€™t saying it was user fault, I would think more along the lines of an internal fault, bad wiring or something. Saw an esc short across the power leads recently from factory

Yeah probably something like that :man_shrugging:t3:

Something likeā€¦ you knowā€¦ QA, would avoid this

I think all vesc makers should just do a detection at least before shipping out

Inb4 they do a detection on a drone motor at 3s and call that their QA

I dont see what detection at a lower voltage would change

they should test it at the maximum spec itā€™s advertised as, otherwise itā€™s like esk8 prebuilt companies posting range numbers using 85lb riders

Dang, was really hoping this would be a perfect candidate for my Zeus Pro project, but it looks like itā€™s still got some issues that need to be worked out. Hopefully they get worked out in a future batch.
