Just to put this to bed for anyone reading through, and for anyone who thinks the alie-express stuff is anyone except Jason, here is Jason linking all the stores he is falsely selling under and claiming they aren’t his (conveniently directing customers to them on the forum):

I’ve got the order, took just 12 days from submitting it. The Focbox’s pcb looks good to me, but I’d be interested in someone’s opinion who has actual knowledge on this.
I don’t have my motors yet so I can’t test it yet.
For anyone following, I can vouch for Imperium. Jarod (@elitejarcool) is a solid dude selling legitimate parts.

Can confirm, although I haven’t got my refurb focbox yet, but that’s on me, @elitejarcool is super helpful and all.

I never saw any solid proof like him asking shopify for access to his account at enertion shop.
Jeff was set on it being him still though and it seems reasonable.
I’m only interested because I got a Aliexpress one and was going to be shocked by the free express shipping of a new one.

I thought only bio boards rejected the Unity? From what I heard BioBoards rejected his and then Jason tried to sell Alex the rejects but Alex denied.
Take this with a tiny grain of salt, most of the time I’m remembering things wrong…
Reverse of that if I remember correctly. We had a batch with bad capacitors that had to get reworked.

I have a Focbox Unity back from the first time they were first shipping out. I recall there being a thread about some issues on them but I can’t recall what it was.
Should /Could I just update to FW 5 And migrate any issues the Unity had?
