Do you use 8 grommets for all the motor wires or can you stuff multiple through those 2?

All 4 wires per motor will fit into one of those grommets they make for a nice seal
It has so much ass though, you design it for inward mounted motors?

How does that work? what is the m6 threading into if not an insert? Going all the way through the deck into a countersunk nut or something?

I was wondering that same thing, maybe he means that the customer wont have to do inserts because they are already drilled according to e boosted?
