I have a new update: The Kaly XL DS enclosure project is complete.
I’m sure this one will be very popular choice for builders as the deck is beautiful and the enclosure has room for the biggest battery in the market the 21700 12S8P. The deck itself is wider and longer than the regular HS11 so the holding flares are also wider, the inner dimensions are bigger making easier to fit custom batteries and wiring.
The enclosure features rocker flares that follow the countour of the deck mimetizing with the deck itself so it looks like a complete package.
I will have 6 combos at US$ 600 + shipping each by this weekend (deck + enclosure + rubber gasket + bolt set pro + labor to install), if you want to make a reservation please contact me by PM.

I have the same blank and I postponed this build due to the enclosure, I bought 3 so far and all need lots of modification to work.

That looks very similar to a Subsonic GT40, but that one is 40x10 though. Maybe it fits, who knows
