I love my GTR bamboo deck, so I knew I wanted something similar, but with less of a defined concave design. The Haero Bro deck delivers everything I could have asked for and more; flat wide underfoot with concave lips locking you in perfectly.

Dual kingpin trucks provide for fluid response and are great for carving. However, I needed something more robust, so I went with MBS Matrix II. This 2 chamber truck system has shock block wedges that provide an off-road advantage. I wanted this build to have a high end look, so I chose the MBS Rockstar Pro hubs in gold with Lacroix 7 in tires to compliment the the stunning color scheme of the deck.

Speed is one of the main reasons to go custom, so I opted for Torque Boards’ motors paired with exquisite Radium mounts that make this thing a total monster. We simply cannot forget about range, and that’s exactly why this baby packs a 12s8p Molicel battery that just takes it over the top. No more struggling to charge on group rides.

There is still some adjusting to do as I familiarize myself with the build, but I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. She already rides and feels like a dream.

Thanks! Having to carry a charger was a burden. I was really getting tired of having to stop for a charge on every group ride.

You can basically slide your foot right under the board, which is exactly the amount of clearance I was going for.
