Assuming the deck is 30/30 and the baseplates are 5/15, the intention is for a 35 front/15 rear setup?
Has anyone ever done it backwards like i had it setup? 45 front / 25 rear?
Maybe you should go back to just buying boards…

Here’s a shitty drawing, gonna exagerate it a bit.
Your rear hanger (left red) should be closer to being parallel to the ground. Your front hanger (right red) should be closer to being perpendicular to the ground. See if yours look like this from the side.

If interested, i’ve messed around with the 3D-printed motor mount protective side guards and extended them inward to protect parts of the motor. If ur interested in putting that in place of the stocks
Can the extended trucks replace the mtb trucks as is or would they not match angles? I know that I can’t use the mtb hanger with the entended plate.
The extended 5 degree baseplate is part of mountain board version Duality trucks that are meant to replace traditional mtb trucks. They’re best suited on decks that are 30/30 angles. The hangers are the standard offset hangers, not centerset.

Compared to the centerset version, the extended version has about 10mm better ground clearance and about 15mm extended wheelbase per side.

Spewing i’m not gonna be able to get wheels on these trucks before i go away. I’m kinda anxious about whether they are gonna fit or not, even though the information i have says they should, i won’t believe it til I see it.
