Duality Trucks by Tito Systems

the airs are gonna be more comfortable and muted offroad. You’ll feel more stable, but they’ll make your board turn like a boat in comparison. It’s a tradeoff. I’d rather keep airs on my mountain board, but that’s my comfort board.

Ok, so a tighter turning radius and a slightly rougher ride on the Dualities. Sounds like they could be nice on some of our single track trails. I ordered a set of the regular 300mm mountain board trucks so will get to find out soon enough.

@dskate What deck is that on the right? I like the amount of truck mounting options… Looks like it’s going to be a fun board.

Looks like either the hellhound or the death wish from @tomiboi

Yep hell hound from tomiboi. Sweet deck!

Thanks. Looks like photos on the site has two mounting options per side while yours has three mounting options… That happens to work well with duality trucks in order to mount front hanger inwards for best ground clearance. Very cool feature.

@tomiboi is three mounting options per side the new standard or is that done upon request?

This deck was modified to request when I purchased it. The standard is two mounting positions.

Two is standard, but I can do 10 if you really want.

upon request, can you make me a deck that looks like swiss cheese?

Duality feel more similar to 3 links than they are to any other channel trucks. (Talking, lean, bushing feel, precision, turning).

Airs even when they have a lot of lean, do not turn very much. Duality will have a lot of turn comparatively.

My opinion is for off-roading, I’d probably stick with airs. For street riding, I’d pick up dualities.

Semendeed feeling personally attacked right now

Whenever I do inserts for both goofy and regular bindings on a deck, I always feel like I’m perforating it.

You can always get a hole saw at the hardware store. Be the change you want to see in the world

Can i take this to mean the Duality trucks rock off road as well?
(The reason i ask: I have been tempted to build for a while. I have an NYX-Z1 which is great but i was hoping for a better compromise between high speed stability and low speed turnability. And for some reason an Apex/haero bro deck has just turned up so i guess im going to have to put some trucks on it

Looks like Duality trucks didn’t to to bad on that trail.

@Jezzahill I would say these trucks are more so designed with street riding in mind but they should do decent at light offroading. For offroading you definitely would want the front hanger facing inwards for best clearance which works best with additional mounting options on the deck. The pivot arm would still be lowest point and you want to avoid hitting that.
