The standard hanger is usually used to lower ride height on MTB. Centerset would probably be closer to a channel truck axle placement. Centerset is brand new so I already sold the few sets I had.

For flat deck centerset would be a little lower height than standard at expense of ride height. The standard can also be flipped but that has even less clearance and pushes axle further forward than ideal.

Here are the limited edition clear anodized trucks for reference. The hanger on the right is centerset.

I also have some new mounts to the site

I added some trucks back in stock. I will add a few more maybe Monday, think I’m just missing bushings and some hardware.

Dang those clear anodize are nice!

I ended up going for the black because of needing the clearance.

Got through some of the orders and dropped off Saturday so some of you should be getting trucks this week. Most if not all of the other orders should go out by the end of the week.

:clap:I think you’d have a harder time selling gold bars

Got my pair. They look great. Noticed there isnt the same grub screw situation there on the older models that held the queen pin in place. How are we intended to get it out to change bushings?

Tried new setscrew location for the flat deck version, will likely stick to new spot going forward.

Fyi you don’t need to remove pivot arm to change bushings.

My and my dad’s new boards both with dualities. Best trucks ive ever used. Also second trucks ive ever used but still.

These trucks seem to be the talk of the Esk8 News town. Does anyone have EMTB experience with both these and Apex Airs? Curious to how they compare. I already have an extra set of Airs for the next build but am strongly considering getting some center set Dualities.

I don’t have any experience on the apex airs, but I can compare them to regular channels.

They are a good amount more comfortable than regular channels (matrix ii, bn310) offroad and over road imperfections. I don’t think they’d have the same comfort as airs, but it’s not as harsh as channels. You still feel pretty much everything - but they really take the harshness out of the bumps, at least compared to channels.

Whereas my loosely setup channels kept feeling super wobbly over road imperfections and wavy asphalt, over the same patch of wavy asphalt I can comfortably go 2x as fast on these, and I’d say maybe these were setup even looser. And that was when I was still on APS bushings, now I’ve grown to enjoy WFB, which gives me even more control over the middle while offering very easy turn in.

I’ve also jumped them a couple of times and they felt good while landing. One thing I will say though, but that’s true for every other truck out there as well, you want them at least a certain tightness for jumping. If they are too loose they will feel like the front doesn’t want to get off the ground for bunnyhops. On these trucks you can go so loose while still being stable that you will notice this more. Perhaps also don’t run WFB for this purpose.

I run mine this loose now, and it’s very noticeably not ideal for bunnyhops. It’s a raceboard though.

I’ll be getting a set for my offroad trail board around esk8con time. Given that I enjoy low rebound setups, but I also don’t want it too loose so that the front has trouble getting off the ground, I will probably start with APS bushings and if I feel like it’s possible I might experiment with trying to mix it with WFB, probably only in the rear.

They showed up today and i had to mock them up on my spare deck im prepping to skin… they are so good compared to matrix 3s. So linear? In the the resistance to lean? So smooth and feels great to lean into them. Need to finish that build asap and get them on the road for spring.

Very helpful, the way you’re describing the ride feel vs channels is pretty much how I would describe the Airs. Guess I’ll have to try them out.
