Did you do the PPM setup in VESC Tool?

im not sure how to do it, im using the enertions vesc tool
Go to the section titled input setup wizard and start reading there, it’s similar to the enertion vest tool.

what should be the values of the resistance?

If you measure at two adjacent prongs
When the stick in the middle ~2.5k
When stick at one side ~5k
Opposite side ~0

i checked the values and it shows 1.5k in the middle, the pot should be disconnected?

Maybe it’s not 5k pot?

IT is i desoldered the wires and checked again, the values are the same
now as soon as i connect the receiver the motor goes full throottle, so IT might be the calibration
I can’t help with VESC tool.
But I once shortened the 3 wires going to the pot on the PCB, the pads are really close.

when i turn the th. trim nob the motor spins and breaks but the pot doesent do anythink, any ideas?
Not really, seems like a pot issue not a PPM issue.

i disconected the vesc and the motor spins only when turning the trim, ill try somethink else
could i connect my pot to the th. trim? and if yes how to do it? sounds stupid but might work
You can use either of the two channels.
Just make sure your esc is plugged in the right place on the receiver

Probably through vesc tool, mine is very responsive
So I’ve finally got the package from @Bindings_McGee a week ago.
Ran some comparison today between two the two pots.
45x is what he got me and 60x is what I have.
I worked them both with dvm with resistance reading through the motion, here are the findings.
- Center reading is closer to the middle with 60x: 2.44k vs 2.27k on the 45x. I don’t think it’s a game changer.
- The dead band on the 45x starts sooner, see the attached drawing.
- Overall these are very similar.
