I ordered a set of helical gears for the m1 drive 11 days ago and the tracking number says it hasn’t shipped yet, anyone else not seeing any movement for their orders?

Kevin has been swamped with orders and its just him so just be patient and give him a friendly reminder of the tracking number in pms and he will answer.

hey guys.
I have been searching and have not had any luck

can anybody link builds with the 270 hangers and the m1 drives mounted rearfacing.

can it be done on a drop through deck with the adjustable base plates.

and while I am at it

what is it like to go from 220 to 270?
how would the turning change.

thinking a about this for this Demonseed build.

stability and turning feels so much better on 14" trucks then the 12", especially with a good bushing setup tailored your weight. As far as the drivetrain goes imma assume ur referring to belt drive m1 and it should be able to be mounted rearward (outie) but then idk i dont use belt drive XD. But just incase u are asking about the gear drive your stuck with inward mounting unless ur motor can size is really small like 6350 series maybe 6360 series which isnt good temp wise for 2wd setups.

I am wondering about the m1 gear drives.

I thought they could go backwards with 270…

so I am quite happy with the stability of the 220s in this set up for how I ride.

but I do enjoy the carving… and hope I would not compromise that.

I hear this next batch has some revision to give more clearance I assume allowing you to run even rear mounted 6384?? or 6374 prob

Some people modified their hangers to fit 6374 I think…

yea ppl will file the hangar down to fit 70 series and 80 series cans to do reverse mount @rafaelinmissouri which i dont wanna do because itll ruin the look of the hangar but hopefully like foster said the next batch of 270mm trucks have enough clearence to run revere mount because the main issue is there is a small lip that goes from like the middle portion of the hangar and gets bigger as it goes to the center where the bushings are. Now idk if design wise its meant to help with the trucks performance or is it just a fashion feature.

cause i got a 4wd setup rn with 80series cans and if i try to reverse mount my motor rubs against the truck

even tho its alot of space u really only have about 50mm or less of clearance for reverse mounting, so if u dont run with 50series cans ur not gonna get reverse mount unless u modify the truck.

hmm if I move to china and get a job at that factory then we could get cad files/compatibility answers a whole lot faster…

Haha glad to see you asking this question. I sent Kevin a PM asking the same exact thing.

I’d love to find a way to use BN hangers and BN M1 GDs in a reverse mount application. And it would be icing on the cake if it could be compatible with bottom mount trucks and a cutout deck like the hummie.

yo @Boardnamics when is your care package of stuff shipping out?
