Future. I still have many of the previous ones left.
That’s the con of large batch quantities I guess. Slower at iterations.

Are we able to purchase pivot cups for the original design adjustable baseplates?
Mine have become a little worn out.

This will take me years to catch up to. :triumph:

Sure you can. Surprised to hear this however, I thought these things lasted forever.

Can you take the older slider/kingpin parts and put them in this lower base? or is the change topside idk.

I realize allowing ordering of only half would mess with inv, but if you had both and wanted to easily swap a DT from one base to the other I am curious.

They’re still running well, just have a little side-to-side play.
I’ve been abusing these trucks pretty hard since march.

Full steam ahead :racing_car:

Woohoo

Sexy, but I would put a layer of newspaper or bubble wrap on top of each layer of hangars above. Raw aluminum gets dinged too easily

I am pretty sure the baseplates I got kevin hit with an axe a couple times. I love em even more for that.

Straight cut gang since November 2020. Haven’t replaced anything on them except the original Kegel wheel adapters where the pins came out, Kevin sent me free replacements, and he altered the design to prevent this in current ones. These things rip. Below is my video from December. (click it)

@Boardnamics My gear drives are sounding kind of crunchy now, what are the specs for the big bearings of the gd. Also, is there a spec for the grease? I don’t know what grease to get here in Spain!

the grease is just lucas red n tacky grease

if you can’t find that, any lithium based grease will do

i’ve used 3 different types, all work pretty well so far

Red n Tacky
SHC-100
whatever i have left of 3ds grease

can you post yt vid of crunchy sound?

if it’s crunchy at low speed, that’s normal, i get the clicc clacc when just casually rolling around

if you shoved grease inside it’s probably been pushed to the corners where it can’t be grabbed

send pics if you open it up!
