You could be onto something there…
What’s the lead time on one of these DS bro enclosures?
A few weeks out.
When the mould is done I have a list of them to get through…
Do you already have some closure on the possible battery layouts for SS and DS?
I have the single done for the omakase which may be good for some people.
Everything is grinding to a standstill though with curing times as the temperature is just ridiculous.
Do you have any Century SS or DS in stock ?
It’s a deck that’s not really available over here so I’ve never made anything for it. Alan makes them though I believe?
Cool yes I just wanted to see if you had any before I pay 50 bucks in shipping
Cheers man, I think they gotta stay on this now.
It’s come together really nicely. Really pleased.
Now thats a nice board. How are the hubs?
They’re the best hubs.
That i know, i wish i could get my grubby poor hands to atleast try them once.
You’re welcome to try these any time if you’re ever in the area.
I’ve run these a few times before.
They do work well. I’m lucky to have a few good roads in the immediate vicinity.
You gonna fix the joint phase wires to the hanger? I just put zip ties around mine
I’ve not, but if it pleases you I certainly can.
I’m just real worried about the single strand phases coming out of the motor on mine so i joined real close to the motor and then zipped them down to the hanger just past the joint.
Cheap insurance i thought.
Ah, i get you. I’ll investigate.
Digging up this post a bit
I was wondering Ben if you could move the Omakase enclosure forward to accommodate some motor mounts, it looks like it has room to spare in the front, and would be nice to have some belts setup with a nice tail
