Why dont you make your own threadā€¦ After reading someā€¦

this

and this

@olsyke you donā€™t want the failures caused by silliness like that.

Reliability > Appearance

Itā€™s not only appearance @b264 a narrower rear offers some interesting handling opportunitiesā€¦ Most all off them goodā€¦

Narrow front wheel no goodā€¦ = shopping cartā€¦
Narrow rear different, but not that bad handlingā€¦

Actually, I prefer the feel of narrower front trucks. Iā€™m surprised to hear you say this.

Sounds like we need a thread for this.

Narrow rear and wide front feels mushy to me and likely to get wobbles.

For aesthetic reasons, wider front looks better by farā€¦ but I donā€™t like the handling

for me itā€™s the oppositeā€¦

the most stable geometric shape is a triangle (Yes Iā€™m grasping but I think you understand)
look at those 3 wheel scooters and stuupid looking 3 wheel yuppie motor-cycle things

as for wobblesā€¦ where is your weight placed?
what is going to go straighter a triangle or a square?
narrow wheel bases rockā€¦ look at where DH is now?
a split-angle truck, a narrow rear, weight forwardā€¦ itā€™s a missile set-up

Iā€™ve be experimentingā€¦ Itā€™s differentā€¦ but I kinda like itā€¦

and NOā€¦ Iā€™m not going to ride one of those freakish 3 wheel shake-boardsā€¦

unless it will make me faster than stink

 I love the polaris slingshotā€¦ Thing is a powerslide monster. Itā€™s the closest thing to an auto sized go-kart

hows this different than the gt2b?

Looks like a cost reduced version of GT2B.
GT2B is 3 channel and has rechargeable battery.
GT2E is 2 channel and uses AA batteries.
From details I found on the other forumā€¦

Edit : they report notable internal construction and functional difference related to failsafe.

:+1: :+1: nice find!

Yes, 3 wheel with the wide part in the front definitely looks better, and with rack and pinion steering itā€™s most definitely better.

However, with lean-initiated turning, I find the narrow front is more stable. The wider rear truck seems to help damp out wobbles and the narrow front truck gives excellent fast response to steering input by the rider.

Still looks better with a wide front, thatā€™s a shame. Iā€™ll take the thicc rear-end any day as long as itā€™s narrow in the front.

First build Iā€™m going to use tb6374 and battle harden then Iā€™ve found threads and videos on that part what I cant figure out is how to do conformal coating looking at using 419d most likely oh not my picture

For motor windings, MG Chemicals #4228 works well
