Would 290 work well? Ended up using 290 and waiting for it to cure lol

290 is a threadlocker, not a retaining compound
it’s like putting diesel in your gas car xD

What size is the grub screw for the motor pinion? Seem to have lost mine. Is it m2x2?

These hubs are light

Xcell hubs right?

Yes

aren’t these the same with slightly different viscosity?

I think they’re cousins?

648 is urethane methacrylate acrylic and anaerobic and labeled for “clearance or interference fits”

680 is methacrylate ester acrylic and anaerobic as well but labeled for “bonding of cylindrical fitting parts” and is definitely more viscous. I thought it sounded like a better option but did not have good empirical results.

The weight difference you noticed between the Rockstar II and the Fivestar is in fact due to a material difference.

I had to check clearances with the new baseplate design as the v1 had little clearance on fat decks like the Flux deck. Fortunately @EboardSolutions sent me a CAD file so I could check things over. I also refined some features on the hanger to ensure that 100mm long motors can be used

Design is finalised and I will go ahead and produce them, hopefully available 4-6 weeks from now. I also had the chance to try different bushings from Riptide and I really enjoy having a boardside fatcone on the front truck

I will not be designing adj baseplates any time soon. These hangers should fit adjustable calibre baseplates though.
