I will leave it default with grub screw. Grease port isn’t for everybody of course. And they are very cheap to buy. Ill just buy a multipack and include if anyone needs.

Render with 90deg grease port:

Render with 45deg grease port:

45 deg and 90 deg are cool. Not sure which is more suitable

Also new adaptors are finished:

FUB FTW! :joy:
Tube fittings are in FUB internationally. Don’t know why. Hydraulic systems as well.

I don’t get what would be the advantage of grease port over just a threaded hole closed with a screw?

I dont see much benefit either but the option is there

Ok. Thought maybe there if something special with it.
But if I think,
The average joe (me…) doesn’t have a grease pump laying at home and to buy one just to fill up 5-10g of grease?! idk.

How bad would it be to fill it up with grease?

Grease guns usually take a tube of grease like a caulk gun. And the pressure and volume is usually pretty high. I don’t see the benefit here either, as the geardrive grease is usually very specialized, not what you’d use for general purpose lubing. Well at least in my limited experience maintaining a motorcycle.

Syringe seems appropriate.

I’d use that for the gears.
