Good idea, but does the grease even need to be refilled ever during normal usage? Put it in when assembling the drive, and then forget about it, no?
Yeah, I have a grease pump here. Just for the convenience, when I forgot to put grease in during the assembling.
The drives already have a grease port.
It’s closed with a normal screw.

That depends on the drive.
There is always a small gap between the wheel gear and the case.
Even if you use a v ring seal there might be some small loses over time.
Also convenient for first assembly when you not sure if the grease is enough or not you can easy add a bit up afterwards.

but if you can’t visually see how much is in there, how can you tell you don’t have enough? sound?

I could bore up for a M6x1.0 thread and screw a nipple in. It was just an idea. Not everyone has a grease pump on hand.

There is no need for a grease pump.
An easy 
from the pharmacy does the job as well.

I just saw these at my local hardware shop and bought… the wrong size 
I have a leur lock syringe I was going to try and add some grease while running the gears. Let me know how it goes if you beat me. My biggest concern was the viscosity of grease and the small tubing.

Upps, that was the screw of my grease point. 
Have to buy, but it has a norm. DIN 71412 Type A.
5.5 mm.

SW stands for the wrench width. Like SW11 means 11mm etc.
