When putting on MBS clamps (black matrix IIs), how much did you guys have to grind off for them to fit? Or should I just go at it with a hammer?
I used a pvc pipe that fit the collar on my oil slicked ones and gentle taps of a dead blow hammer to finesse it in place.
Black ones slid on without too much resistance.
Whats the update on the hubs?
Any idea on weight of the full system? (I realize there are different combos. ballpark would be great)
there is a spreadsheet on this moonbug thread with weights of each components
Yep, didn’t know if this
Applied with the new batch
Is there a bull bar/handle/grip available matrix II and this drive?
something that would allow to stand the board vertically without damaging the drive.
I just don’t see how to mount something to the truck with the geardrive on and I don’t know if the gearbox’s grease port is a good option for mounting anything like this
ah right maybe the new batch is a different. I bet he has the weight somewhere in his notes.
Cheezus that’s light. (I assume POM wheel gear?) At that weight, there’s literally no reason to go back to belts.
Put me on the super double secret vip reservation list please.
Working on a new drivetrain in the backgroud… It won’t be much lighter but it would make assembly a piece of piss
Yes. With the steel wheel gear its about 120grams heavier
Any fun tease info?
No sorry
Are NKP 3-link clamps still in the picutre with batch 6?
