The power wires look like they are at risk of shorting when you have them going through a slot in the heat sink…maybe a rubber ring recessed in there would be better?

don’t worry. I considered this when designing it. there is an over 2mm gap between the solder joint and aluminum case. I will find a more reliable isolation method.
