Bought this Unity of ebay few weeks ago. I was hoping it is some old stock, but later on found out it’s from raptor parts shop. So yeah, illegal unity.
Bench tested it on 12s and it works just fine.
Asking what I paid for it: 215 euro + shipping
Box, bullets, on/off switch, usb C cable and manual included.

Morals aside, I think this Wapter shop batch needs to be treated cautiously bc of the possibility that they may be rejected or reworked units. They may be fine, but I don’t want to find out otherwise at 30 mph. It is encouraging that this unit passed bench testing and looks pretty good with the case off…somebody with more experience than me may have a more qualified opinion.

Can’t you just order one from the raptor shop for the same price (since you’re cool w/ that) and then if it’s busted, at least they will replace it?
