5" wheels are not a thing here, just a myth. Best you can do is 120/125mm thane/rubber/airless or 145mm pneumatic

Rubber in general has no benefits if it’s not in an air compressed setup. The range drop is higher compared to urethane whether or not you make it urethane-wheel-shaped or tyre shaped.
In short, just get a regular pneumatic or airless one, there isn’t much better out there

Rubber wheels are in general between PU and pneumatics comfortwise.
The watt consumption is more than urethane but less than air filled tires as well. The grip is also between those two. So I think there is a use case for airless rubber tires. You can get them in 5" for example from here: https://eovanboard.com/product/electric-skateboard-wheels/

Do they use the same 5x1 tubes as Bergs? A solid distributor for those would be spectacular

I actually have 125mm pneumies, but theyre 5x1 so are kinda thin… i dont know how this would hold up the abuse, They are used in inline roller skates.
