issue is still even after stregthening it the space of the cutout isnt huge so would be nice to get something bigger

You cannot expect to go 50 on a sanded concave deck thats as flat as a pancake, if you want to make a deck you should go full press, its not as hard as you imagine.

Hummies are low key flat, but they have a nice front footwell etc.

was looking into the roar rockit kit but its super expensive and at that price there are some nice options out there

Shua is not the most careful young man. I think routing is a mistake. Could lead to a catastrophic failure at speed.

If you know somebody with a hydraulic press you can look up tutorials on how to make a buck and glue a deck. Making a buck is not very expensive but takes some time ofcourse.

You can do it with some threaded rod, nuts and some timber. Cheapest press around.

You could even copy the demonseed44 like that, make a two piece a cast and nail the deck in shut. Cast concrete on the bottom, wait till dry, get it out, flip the cast and cast concrete on the top.
