These pulleys are from a lacroix nazare. (not lonestar ). so 12s6p 20700b against 6389 motors maybe 800km use.
the teeth wore out to little blades. I’m guessing it’s just aluminum. but wondering if that seems normal.

not stock. that’s an upsell.

I got it used. so I don’t know for sure how much abuse it took. looked like stock belts on it when I got it.

Yeah aluminum motor pulleys will look like that eventually for sure, and I’ve seen plastic wheel pulleys look the same too.
Steel motor pulley over aluminum always.

after less than 50km my alu ones looked the same on my trampa Alu is crap for this.

You have to imagine how much friction you’re applying to each pulley. The belts we use aren’t the softest lol aluminum just isn’t up to this application. I’m surprised that’s the result though! Did you have a belt snap on you ?
No snapped belts. but I got this board used, so… who knows.

Yeah, this is exactly why a lot of us recommend steel (or titanium) motor pulleys and aluminum wheel pulleys.
Keep plastic, POM, ABS, nylon away from your wheel pulleys and keep aluminum away from your motor pulleys
