You really know how to ruffle this ducks feathers.
It’s a TPU grip that snaps onto the handle, to provide a more comfortable grip. Lugging around a 50lb board by a 5mm thick aluminum bar sounds really uncomfortable to me lol

I was advised that v2 was a bit anemic in the places that matter most, so I did a few more iterations. v4.duck is the latest, and its looking good, so I ordered a pair for testing. If they work right then I’ll start a sale thread or something.
I also cooked up v4.dick on @glyphiks’s request. That will be available for purchase as well.

It’s doing great! I have my VESCs set up for 40A battery max each, so 80A battery max total. Even when gunning it I get basically 0 sag.
I also still haven’t gotten around to putting balance leads or a BMS on this battery, but it’s still perfectly in balance (i check it with a multimeter every few charges).
These Tesla cells are the shit.

Yeah, I notice these tesla cells stay in balance really well, even when I run them at 15amps, the bms hardly ever has to balance

How do they do, sag-wise, when you run them at 15A?
Nothing crazy, about 5-6 volts for 8p at 100amps
