oh dang. I’m interested but I also know it won’t work as I don’t have any axel space for wider bearing positions.

Im down to print that!
I kinda also need the bearing spacing to be the same… Ehh

Does anyone sell extended axles for Trampa Infinity Trucks? I think I’ll have the same problem.

I was just going to make this exact part and decided to search the forum a bit. Glad I did.

Has anyone used these (Clever brand 200x50) tires with wide hubs. If so, how wide looks good?

If those act like kendas then Steve tried them (and loved them) on Hellcat wides, so 3in hubs.

so 3" means distance between the inside lips?

Yep, normally we stretch them 2in between the lips, but it seems like 3 works on Kenda909’s which look like those clever ones.

Right now they are 33mm (1.3"), so stretching them to 50mm (~2)" seems logical, 75mm (~3") seems like taking too far.

I’d personally recommend stretching the hub 3/8 of an inch more from stock.

depending on the tire profile stretching the hubs somewhere between 10mm and 18mm is the sweet spot I’ve found

On hellcat wides.

I printed the one you made, Zach, but it didn’t fit. Dimensions were off. Made a new one from scratch. Took a few test prints but got the fit perfect. I was wondering if something like this might be useful to attach pulleys, but probably not since everyone uses MBS pulleys with MBS hubs.

Otherwise, this works

one thing I noticed…

make your inner-tube valve hole 1/2 of a hole and move it to the outer edge to align with the outer hub half… the valve stem gets really difficult to access in the center… and the tubes don’t care if the valve stem is in the exact center…

my 2 cents

Thanks for the pointer

welcome… I’ve done a LOT of widened hubs waiting for someone to make a widened offset hub half!

the other thing I’ve done is to make pockets opposite side of the valve stem, i then put tungsten golf club weights in there to offset the valve stem weight…

I think it turned out great.

Would you mind 'splaining why the valve can be out of the middle? Doesnt it stretch unevenly if you do?
