Did it, I noticed it was wiggling ever so slightly side to side so I kept rotating and pulling one side to the other. Looks like the threads got caught up in the end of the hanger.
Going to need some different mounts and hanger.

Thanks for the offer, but I don’t think they will fit 175 or 150mm hangers right now and I think 200mm might be too long for what I want. I’m likely going to replace everything in the drivetrain. Just thinking what I will end up doing atm.

This is exactly what happened to a set of SR rkp and their bolts that I have. I came to the conclusion that I must have hit a bump aggressively and caused enough torque/pressure to cause a small cross thread. Those threads looks identical to what I found in mine.
However, I’ve hit some massive bumps in sidewalks with my SR tkp with their bolts, bolts come out smooth everytime. My two cents 
Guess this is why material choice is so important

I’m just happy everyone is OK. Parts fail and can be replaced. People can’t be.
And yeah, I’ve been away for a bit. Priorities had to shift with the lockdown. This summer has been fucked. ESK8 is still on my mind, just not occupying as many compute cycles these days.
Yeah man, I’m glad I was able to walk off the board, could’ve def been worse. Still not sure of the exact cause of it though. That’s why I wanted to check in on people rocking these.
