I’ve gotten down to 11Wh/mi avg. What kind of efficiency are you guys getting when really trying to stretch your milage? However you get there, I’m curious…

Small board, new battery from @Chibatterysystems , single SK3 belt drive. This was back in 2017. Best wh/mi I’ve gotten.

6-8, sorta skewed though because 3 of the 4 miles of that ride was downhill

12 wh/mi while stretching it, 23 while full throttling around a bike path.

If you were to build the most efficient board possible what parts would you use?

Probably small single motor with a gear drive. Something like 5055 maybe?

Normal use like 20 at per mile. When I get on it which is the majority of the time. About 30wh per mile. I have 6880s six shooters battery discharging at 80a . I’m 230lbs. And I live in the only town in Texas tgat isn’t flat

that’s 16.7 wh/mi… not bad.

It’s no shame to think in the superior unit

how to get the best Wh/mile:
use a single belt drive
use a small 5055 motor
always kickstart from dead stop if possible
never accelerate too quickly
never go past 15mph
never ride when its windy
never ride up a hill and always walk up
always try to go downhill
stop and charge up every 10 minutes in a group ride
just stay home

I’ve known some really light kids to get wh/km well under 5wh/km on those shitty penny boards, they’re only 7S1P 22P and they will go for 10km+ if you’re light enough🙃

That sounds a lot like a single drive boosted
