So if you click on the esk8.news logo and get the main list of threads, no “new topic” button at top right?

Level 0 (new) cannot, but level 1 (basic) can.

hi this seems like a really dumb question, but i can’t seem to find a way to post?

easy there billafer the judge was very clear that i cannot take on any additional responsibilities until (2) conditions are met:
