Ps those weird hoverboard kart conversions are weirdly fun to control.
If I was a paraplegic thrill seeker, that would be my ride of choice. Wonder if you could make a decent one out of 2 onewheel hubs.

i would suggest get a new pack made if u can, its always the battery pack burst into flame when it happens

I think recumbent bikes look extremely uncomfortable. That said: go kart build on the frame of one with 2 ebike motors and controls like that.

@ZachTetra figured this belonged over here instead. What if you just bolted a whole fuckin truck on the end of the stick, drive train and all?

It’s only a prototype. I haven’t built it yet. I want to get this laser cut by sendcutsend and weld it together.

I mean that would work, but it might wobble a lot since there’s no real resistance to it twisting on its own
I’d rather have 2 wheels inline with a pivoting anchor to the shaft

i wonder if the wobbles would actually matter, though. the stick would wobble, but, since its not attached to the board i dont think the wobbles would actually hit you. still, low profile is better. could be an easy way to test run the idea, though. a foot powered brake might be a good idea, too. im not so sure about braking with a paddle.
I don’t think it would cause issues, but it would be uncomfortable
Board side brakes would be a big help for sure, my analog MTB has them but none of my longboards anymore

Tank; intended for snowboards. Or, if split into two smaller models, skiers. Although, down here, I could maybe sand surf on a deck with that, no wheels required… I want one now.
