mine is a little difference as i had a discharge bms in place also so possibly that was causing the issue
with you its quite possibly voltage sag
Is it possible heat is causing the cutouts? I forgot to mention this but on 90+F degrees day, its much easier to cause the cutouts. I just went out for a ride, about 75F and had a few moments where it cutout. started ride at about 39v, ended 36v. When i got back vesc tool say 42C on T fet, i assume its the vesc and i set mosfet to 70c start and 85c end. Checked for faults but said no faults since start up. Does heat cause the battery to sag more?
Probably not. Iām notorious for overheating escās of all flavors. Also close to 250 with gear. The fastest Iāve ever been able to heat one up is 7km. A ride with all hills is another story. With the right tires and gear ratio I can do it within two extended climbs. Full throttle and being dangerous.
