On / off switch or loopkey maybe still an issue? How bout phase wires and modors? They get dipped?

Butyl is amazing stuff and works wonders for waterproofing but after using it and needing to go inside my eclosyre an number of times im done with thay stuff. Just runner gasket for me now. Prying off butyl sandwiched between my enclosure and deck is a fucking mess, all my shit has butyl residue all over it, and my enclusure is gettinf deatroyed from pryinf it off over amd over.

Any better ideas than butyl rope?
Looking at flex paste and such, anyone ever used it?
I didn’t read the thread but plasti-dip is a hit on endless-sphere.
I’ve potted a bunch of batteries with 60d polyurethane but no removing it. Could just conformationally coat with it.
