Because the OD of those washers are too big
And the ID of the washers I linked are actually 12mm

Nah the OD of my inner race is 16mm.
Never tried them but it might cause issues having an oversized washer?

Iāve had 3 lots of Dickho mounts and never have they let me down.

I know, not saying that they are bad. I just donāt really like things mounted with grub screws 
But i may have to go this route if i canāt find anything else.

Take the grub screws out and drive a machine screw into the hangar, I think they are m4
If you wanna make it hella secure then tap the hole (thread through the clamp first) while the flanges are tight and red thread lock a 12.8 bolt inā¦that will last as long as the hangar
I intend to do that some time soon for the Paris trucks under my care
