Hey guys, I’m looking for 2x OG Lacroix motor mount, I just bought a pair of Lacroix 6396, not realizing that they’re not compatible with the standard bolting pattern.
@glyphiks can you clarify any info you have about the revisions/updates to these mounts I think I have a set of prototipo mounts but they’re mounted to Ownboard Zeus motors which I’m 99% sure are the regular (44?)mm bolt pattern.
Do you know if there are 2 separate versions?
Anybody else with a proto/experience with their mounts is welcome to chime in.

Proto mounts may use the regular 44mm bolt pattern. Not the LaCroix 30mm. I’m just going off of memory tho

To clarify:
Yes there are prototipo mounts for matrix 2 trucks. Only matrix 2 though, no matrix 3, and no OG matrix mounts from LaCroix (that I know of).
I’m trying to confirm that the prototipo mounts designed for matrix 2s are also compatible with the smaller LaCroix mounting pattern (like your motors have) as my proto mounts seem to be the standard 44mm mounting pattern.
Just trying to confirm you’re not going to buy new parts only to be in the same position as you are now lol.

Well another alternative that would work is one of the old BN XL idler mounts that has the X slot rather than the individual bolt holes. Like the one in the pic but the bigger ones for matrix ii

I have some nRF51822 and nRF52840 Bluetooth dev modules, from working vesc setups, programmed by myself, I may be willing to part with for very reasonable.
They are takeouts from working setups because I have replaced them with diy vesc-express’s (esp32-c3 + can-bus module) which can do everything a bluetooth module can do, plus WAY more.
What is your background/skills? I see from the Beginner Question Thread, you seem to maybe know how to solder, looks like from your posting history you have an aptitude for asking good questions.
I guess I am asking if you are just looking for a quick solution to connect to your d100, or you have more spare time than money to level up skills and just need some guidance.
