Shipping to AUS could be a dealbreaker on an item like that
If you find a bolt that screws into the threads, it can seriously help you identify which grubscrew fits

Do you have the inside dimensions for the 1040? I think its big enough for a pair of FOCBoxes or a NeoBox Dual with a big charge connector and some fuses right?

I just looked at mine again and was wrong… I had the 1020 and that was a squeeze so yeah a 1040 should be good… U have to pull out the rubber liner BUT I cut the rim of it off so you till have a water tight seal when you snap the lid closed… I dont really need to rebuild yet but was.contemplating ordering the 1040 amd 1050 at the same time and then returning which ever one I didnt need…
Okay that’s more reassuring, if the 1020 works I should definitely be fine with the 1040
yeah 1020 def a no go for anything other than a unity if a dual… Single… Ok 1020 will work.

You’ll need 65mm bolts bc fivestars are wider than rock stars. Try calling MBS to see if they can include them. Last I knew they were trying to get them on hand.
