yes, ble is always on, but its non issue for me.

the only one time that it drained my 3s lipo pack completely dead was that i left it at 10v for close to a year

I’m running into a problem on the Minnie. Sometimes it asked me to pair it again, not a big deal but thats weird considering I’ve done this a dozen times already.

This is concerning, can you please connect to Minnie and wait a bit, then send logs from Settings → Show Logs?

Is there an email or something I can send my logs. I don’t know how to do it on mobile.

No you can set the shutdown time in the newer version of the app and @janpom the newer versions have BT built in and the uart is spare

Yeah had the repeated pairing problem on my Megan. Going to have to send the board to Jan I think

What’s the resistance between h and l with power off?

I have no idea, I could take it apart and check. Why?

I’m running it on uart rn

Just from my field of work… Can terminations are super important in elevators. I know @rpasichnyk said he hasn’t noticed a difference but in lifts only one termination and nodes won’t register at all, 3 (40ohms) you’ll get intermittent faults and communication errors. You need 2, which will read 60ohm for a stable can line.

But yeah irrelevant if you’re not using can :person_shrugging:

It’s Spring here! Does that mean it’s Autumn there!? My body is ready for Megan! Any updates on availability?

trying to read the cell voltages at 48S on the display like

I’m just hoping that 48S is ridiculous enough for anybody because I’m really out of ideas on how to squeeze more items on the screen.

Scrolling screen

Like @frame said, I think the answer is you don’t squeeze more items into a screen, you just make the screen (synthetically ) bigger.

Having multiple pages with different layouts you can cycle through seems ideal to me. Maybe one of the options would be the ā€œsee everything at onceā€ option, but I have a hard time imagining this page being useful just based on how hard to parse it is (not to mention doing so from a standing position). I’d think it’s most useful to just display the highest 5 (or whatever number fits comfortably on one side) values and the lowest 5 values on the screen and if there’s more than 10 or so values just hide the rest to make the important ones more legible. IMO the highest and lowest few values are probably what anyone looking at all the cell voltages is looking for anyways. If you wanted to give a quick representation of how consistent the middle values are, you could also include a statistic like standard deviation.

Only list the highest, the lowest, the average, the standard deviation, and the maximum delta.

Just plugged my Minnie in and I get lights for the gps and the unit itself but it’s not broadcasting anything to connect to.

I tried metr app and vesc tool.

Going to try a different board/esc incase that’s the issue. It’s connected to a 100d2 6.02 firmware.
