@janpom can the character limit for renaming the Minnie be increased? I’m not a fan of how “Mountainboard” gets cut off
Additionally:
Hell yeah we got all the localization now!

It’s not an easy change to make. I suggest “Matt’s MTB”

But thanks for the fast delivery still in love with the Minnie <3
I am getting a strange speed difference after updating app. My wheel size and gear setting are correct and the RPMs are synced with gps speed.
I was seeing something similar to this on my garage session logs, like the gps points are just estimating speed but I’ve already changed direction for the second ping and therefore my actual speed was higher than the gps speed. Maybe turning up the record resolution will also poll the gps locks more frequently and get better accuracy? Never tried to rely on gps speed accuracy so i haven’t tried much - my gps speed registers less than radar does and my rpm based speed is always spot on with radar (using speed trap and photo enforced speed limit locations).
After looking at ride logs im seeing there is a delay of about 5 minutes in gps location data and rpm based speed, but only sometimes. I went up a mountain and had inaccurate position/speed. Gps speed/ location was accurate, GPS location / ESC data lagged almost 5 mins. Restarted the board and went down the mtn and there was all my data perfectly synced. One track session all data is correct, another its off by about 5 minutes. Location data says im stopped but i see all the esc data correctly.
Can we please have the URL of the log where the data is out of sync? (Please PM it if you don’t want to make it public.)
Hi, super gentle super friendly and not pushy bump on my suggestion here with 9 likes:)
I love your product
Hey sure i thought i only had issues after i updated the app last week but i am seeing it started going out of sync even before. I am on IOS
Up the mountain it is out of sync
Going down its synced perfectly (turned it off esc for about 15 mins)
Here it wouldnt connect at first, i restarted esc a few times, no connect then i restarted app and it connected, but is way out of sync
Going around the a track after a restart (esc) its synced
Thanks for checking it out, the Megan and tech behind it is a great addition to this sport!
Thank you for the ride logs, do you know how the ride logs are fetched from Megan? Wi-Fi or via Metr app?
Wifi i use metr for another board but have not yet added it to voyager acc
Any idea why many of my records have a broken time and duration?
Often times they “start” in a month that is still yet to come or is long past. I.e i ride in April but the record starts in July, then goes to April.
2 examples
The first one was not on July 1st or july 26th (duh), nor at 8 am. (it was june 29th at 9pm)
the second one switches from july 16 to june 20th at the beginning while the time above the stats says June 21st (+ see duration)
Metr pro can
Android 15
Latest app often times
Latest metr module firmware
Maybe a GPS issue?

i also keep having connection issues when i started riding and then open the app, it refuses to connect unless i stop and wait or restart the app.
Another issue is the Live data that changes the polling rate dramatically while riding. At low speed everything is fluid but once it gets faster it “drops” as if you reduce the polling/refresh rate of the data.
Same module with the issues mentioned above. Running on a blood unity with fw5.2
I’ll try and see if i can find a screen recording of it, otherwise i’ll record one.
Edit: not the best illustration but i think it gets the point across.
I have also noticed it creating duplicate recordings?
What happened:
Turned on board, waited for GPS lock, started riding (auto start record), went riding, did a couple breaks, returned home, manually stopped the recording, viewed the record, looked for the button to upload/sync recordings (recently turned off auto upload). Went to Account, signed in, went back to records but couldn’t see it. Restarted the app, again checked accounts and records all the same still but then i saw it fetching a record. I waited for it to finish and noticed how it’s the almost the same record as the one i viewed moments earlier. Ride time, distance are all slightly different . Even the GPS data is slightly different (or rather incorrect ) but only in the first few minutes.
The bottom one is correct, even the gps data.
The top one was fetched afterwards and is slightly different.
I was able to view them at first but now i get this:
This is how my “account” tab looks like. Top left says april even though i was riding in may, june and july. + The ride but today is not shown (says last ride was yesterday)

Updated my galaxy s21u to oneui 7 today, and now the meter app is totally blank.
I can open the menu button on the bottom left and click through all the different pages, but apart from the page name at the bottom, nothing changes. Totally blank white on every page.
Anyone else?
Voyage connect app seems to work fine. Maybe this is a sign from the universe that it’s time for me to switch lol.
Samsung be like
Have you tried to delete cache / reinstall the app?
Try switching to old account (might be some issues with new account if you are using Metr Pro CAN). Settings → Misc → Turn off Voyage Cloud account.
Yes, right now I’m using the metr pro can from its beta and the Voyage account created while we had the megan beta
Voyage shows 331 logs
Metr app (without voyage login) shows 293 logs.
(For the metr pro can)
