weird thing happened the other day…
-25 minutes and no gps 
i also occationally get a log that only shows up as time ridden, no gos no data (i don’t have any examples cause i merged it into a lo ger thing but i’ve had it happen a couple times now)
in general, i actually get a butt load of logs that pop up as 0.00km, 0 minutes, just blank logs
Yeah all that has been happening to me lately as well

Do you happen to know if those ride logs were fetched over BLE to Metr app or uploaded over Wi-Fi by Minnie? @poastoast same question, do you have Wi-Fi configured? Or you fetch ride logs via Metr app?

All my logs are fetched over BLE through the Metr app. I have my Minnie configured with my home wifi to upload my logs, but I haven’t seen that happen lately.
Also, to be clear, there were a lot more than two of these mysterious 0.00mi logs. I just deleted most of them. Sorry about that.

I’ve had this same thing happen on a Metr Pro CAN. I think I managed to isolate some trigger for it happening, but it’s been a while.
It might’ve been if the app is disconnected when the ride starts and connects part way through, or might be something to do with the board turning off and on during a ride. I’ll do some testing this weekend or next week to try and trigger it again.

Hey guys - my recording are all without maps integration. Am i missing any param turned off?
@rpasichnyk about the Android app: can you please make it to stay on while open?..the way it is its unsuable while riding, as it closes after couple of secs
GPS sometimes takes longer time to pick up, especially when cloudy. But “all recordings” sounds suspicious, there should at least be some, where you get GPS. What hardware do you have, Megan or Minnie?

Minnie - all of them are without maps int. I have checked “prefer GPS” and also unchecked…but nothing.
Example of the app going to the background. It has to be done like Strava for example…it stays on the front of all apps.

You could have a faulty GPS module. If you connect to Minnie using Voyage Connect, do you get a green GPS icon in the status bar?
Edit: Note that it only turns green after location fix is acquired. So you need to be outside where the GPS module has a good sky visibility and wait a little bit. It typically takes less than a minute for it to get a fix (but it can take longer if it’s very cloudy).

It never goes green, but it flickes to 1, 2, 3,4 and then go back to zero. How many satelites to go green?
Can i unplug the gps and use without it? Would it use gps from the phone or something?
