are you sure about 15mm? it is quite aggressive concave.
8 mm is the third iteration of this board. first was 13mm and it was very noticeable for the foot and nearly uncomfortable to ride, then i tested 10mm concave - better but in a long ride coud be noticeble. and the final variant - 8mm - almost unnoticeble, but with good steering and dont affect the foot in a long time ride.
i guess standing on this board with 15mm concave will feel like standing in a soup plate: new experience - for sure, but i doubt that it will be comfortable in a long ride
fiberglass dust is a quite prickly and dangerous stuff, so i better leave it in my workshop, but if you insist…

The 15mm looks great. That is currently what I ride. It is not uncommon for me to ride on my Psychotiller deck for an hour at a time. I prefer this concave due to the confidence I feel while carving.
Here is an idea, 8mm drop AND 13mm drop. Options based on the needs of the rider. Sign me up for the 13mm concave.

couple updates
- June and July were a pretty busy time - first i caught covid, then it was enormous hot here in S-Pb, and that reduced the resin cure time, ( it hardened faster that i need to make a deck) so i waited until the weather was colder. in total i was about 25 days off the work and it caused delays.
but once again - thank you guys for your patience, i highly appreciate it
and now all orders are made and shipped.
- my next projects are flexible synthetic mountainboard and longboard decks with 12s8p 21700 enclosure. moulds for this decks are ready, so i can start production. usually i dont like sell “renders” and take pre-orders, but this time it can help me to start the production faster if i will have 2-3 pre-orders for the new kits.
new decks and enclosures will have the same cnc line pattern, like on my current decks.

my decks are quite thin (about 7-8mm) so they come with pre drilled holes through the deck.
you will need m4 bols
here is an example of my “soft” deck: 12 ply + 80kg me.
medium will be 14 ply, stiff - 16 ply

improvement
after i changed gelcoat supplier i received several feedbacks that enclosures were damaged during shipping (decorative gelcoat was broken and had cracks). i started looking for a solution and it took a while but i found it.
all decks and enclosures sipped after 15 August have improved layup
on the left side is a rest part of enclosure with old layup, on the right side - the new layup
