Try using your hanger as a press. You need some washers (skateboard flat washers) on either side and some spacers to tighten the axle nut
Yah that didn’t work either. I’ll try it with frozen bearings and maybe heating the seat too before I go find a press.
Probably need to sand the paint off first
freeze bearings man, I had to do that for my 3Dservisas fat boy pulleys where I had the same issue. Me also no have arbor press =(

Yup. Let us know if you do. (just picked up a used set) Axle length mission also for bearing pulleys, but replaceable axles could be an option with a collar like akhlut did for SR rkp? Dunno. No drama. Not common so numbers prob not gonna work

I counted like ten times and mine have 33 teeth.
Is there any semblance to the Evolve situation where their “32T” pulleys have 33 teeth?
