Fucked up a chain link again and couldn’t make it smooth so I replaced it only to notice the other older one was stretched much more than the fresh chain I had in storage so I ended up swapping both out. these 42 tooth wheel sprockets on 8" are just too close to the ground so they get banged up by rocks and curbs as I’ve said a million times.
The kinked, un-oiled chain raised my wh/mi by like 10 so It was in my best interest to fix or swap it and lube the drivetrain. It’s smooth and quiet now.
