Pretty sure @boardnamics was more of a dumb driver cutting him off causinf injury and nothing to do with the unity since he had to borrow my motor to make his single drive board.

Just going to mention that 2 of the “unity faults” have been due to user remote error so far. And thats all we know about.

For @Murloc992’s sake- I’m not saying a unity hasn’t tossed anyone… I’m just saying I ride mine hard and confidently :smirk:

My remote is the good old GT2B, so I can take this out of equation. Especially since it was used after my fall by my friend. He’s still good. It never ever had issues for several years, they are quite the rock solid pieces. The calculations for the build were done for 9 months. Calibrations were done through and through. Shit happened. Shoulda built this board like I built my first one. Built of shit, worked for a year, didn’t cut out, ~300€. :smiley:

The remote did sustain some damage, but it still chugs like a champ.

I’m happy with my unity’s. No issues.

My vesc6 are collecting dust ATM, mainly because of size. Granted they aren’t large, but the space advantage for the unity is tops for me. Neither has given me issues I didn’t cause myself.

I know, I’m a special case.

Good news is I am gaining movement in my knee again and the my back is easing up. I still don’t think I’ll be riding though which sucks :frowning:
