I find it hard to believe it would be free intl… especially now. I shipped some wheels to AU pretty small box $98 
Plus USPS will more than likely lose your shit 
and right now is probably the worst possible time to ship out the US w/ USPS

I think the oversized items clause is what keeps things feasible for the business and is also a source of much misunderstanding from customers who don’t read it.

I’m not sure what items you’d consider over sized. Maybe boards and battery packs? But my order contained 2 dual mechanical motor kits, motors and some belts. But my main issue here is that torquesboard isn’t communicating with me, even if i wanted to pay for shipping.

Disagree on this one, I love torqueboards but to me this reads more like them just choosing not to business with them anymore - which I don’t think is necessarily a bad thing
