Soo finally received my replacement mount from torqueboards and guess what they sent the wrong one. And then when I tell them they get shitty and accuse me of breaking it in the first place. When you spend $800 on there you’d think they would show a bit of customer appreciation. Never again TB. :fu:

Were you talking with Dexter? Don’t think Dexter would say something like that. He is helpful lol

So how did you break your motor mounts?

SK3 6374, open can and integrated fan, I’m heavy and like to go fast, they only get lukewarm.

Sadly my personal experience wasn’t all that pleasant with these motors.
Despite the integrated fan I always had overheating issues with them
Vesc would slowly throttle me down on steep climbs where sealed maytechs were just fine

I had the same experience. The sk3 will thermal throttle before the tb6380. I also had a bearing failure really early on with the sk3

SK3 doesn’t have temp sensors.

It will just straight up cog because the resistance has changed so much due to temperature.

So what’s up from 6380’s? Going MT6880?

saite 63100, 80130s from alien or flipsky.

Dual 100+ would be a problem for most. Not enough realestate.

Outta luck in that case :(.

So why not 6880 though, same length but bigger diameter.
