Yea, doesn’t look like they have zealot stock in Germany, says it’s going to ship from the US.
I much prefer the specs and the quality of the zealot, but Tynee has stock in Germany right now, and a somewhat better looking board.
Tough choice. But I’m only considering these as a secondary board, for quick errands and for partner to ride along. Range is still a criteria though.
Since completes got a significant quality and performance increase in 2021, I think it’s interesting to have ranking for the new gen boards.
For most people are the budget/upper budget boards between 1000-2000$/€ the most interesting and affordable solution.
So here is my top 10 based on own experiences, reviews and specs for the most interesting boards in 2021/2022.

The most interesting question remains, is DIY still needed to get a decent board?
DIY hasnt been needed to get a decent board since Ernesto and Alex set up their respective companies. Both offer DIY class performance with the support that goes along with a pre built board.
DIY however absolutely still has its own place, and we continue to see most innovations in this space. DIY gives you the option to have things how you want them and that’s exciting (for us)
forgive the noob question but I don’t know which companies those are (also who the people are)

I would like to add the B-One Carbon Hercules 1500$
Pro: Big battery, nice finish, 2in1 wheel option, 5A charger, integrated light
Con: Quite unknown brand
Oh, and I totally forgot about the Eovan GTS Carbon Pro.
I edit it…
I wouldn’t recommend that board currently. The top is adhered down somehow and I couldn’t manage to remove it without destroying the lid.
con: firmware bugs that backfire cant fix with updates
Meepo Hurricane is the thread ended here.
