I guess the discussion was more a problem of how you define delay. Some say that its delay as soon a it does anything after you let go of the trottle. @zZoKo effectively says a long ramp down is not delay and honestly i agree with that.
Have you tried other remotes? Boosted? āVesc remoteā ? Have you compared them?

if you rewatch the video at 0:18* he does full throttle, with sound on you can hear very good how instantly after he let go of the trigger the sound gets quieter and quieter until it cuts off

I guess some cheap stuff maybe has both. first delay then a ramp down.
its pretty much instant, i think the ramp down just confused a lot of people as delay

Esit: by the way, most people dont bolt the enclosure through the deck. Incase you missed an earlier post, we use threaded inserts for the enclosure.
